Please do not include confidential, sensitive, or unnecessary personal information in booking notes.

• Cal.com for meeting scheduling and booking information.
• Google for Gmail, Google Calendar, and website fonts.
• WhatsApp for conversations that visitors choose to start through our WhatsApp link.

These providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect legal rights, or in connection with a business reorganisation. We do not authorise service providers to use your information for unrelated purposes.

5. Cookies and external services

Nexlark does not currently use advertising cookies or website analytics. Our website loads Google Fonts, which may cause your browser to send basic technical information to Google. If you follow our scheduling link, Cal.com may use cookies and similar technologies on its own website according to its privacy policy. If you follow our WhatsApp link, WhatsApp may process information according to its own privacy policy. Nexlark does not load a WhatsApp script or tracking pixel on this website.

6. International processing

Nexlark is based in India and serves businesses internationally. Our service providers may process information in India, the United States, and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate contractual, organisational, or legal safeguards for international processing.

7. Retention and security

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including responding to enquiries, maintaining business records, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Our website and services are intended for business representatives aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children.
